When will my order arrive?
My Orders shows an estimated 30-day period starting when your order is placed, using Ghana time. It is an estimate, not a delivery guarantee. Contact Support if the period ends without delivery.
How much does delivery cost in Ghana?
ChinaDepot's current checkout offers free delivery across Ghana. Your order summary shows the saved shipping amount.
How do I confirm my Mobile Money payment?
Use the payment instructions attached to your existing order or wallet deposit. Submit the reference through the existing payment process. Admin approval is required; opening a ticket does not credit your wallet or mark an order paid.
Can I request a refund or withdrawal?
Yes, you can ask for review through your Wallet, Order or Resale record. Eligibility depends on the applicable terms and verification. Support cannot automatically move money or approve a withdrawal.
What do the resale percentages mean?
The 5-hour, 24-hour and 7-day resale options show proposed conditional margins. They are not guaranteed earnings. An actual buyer sale and payment verification are necessary before settlement.
Can I attach evidence to a request?
JPG, PNG and WebP evidence up to 5 MB is supported after the optional secure support-evidence database upgrade is installed. Images are stored outside the public website directory and require authorized access.
